Privacy Policy
We are committed to your personal privacy. We do not sell, give or rent the names and addresses of our customers to any third parties. We respect your privacy. Your return e-mail address is only used to respond to e-mails we receive. Addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not sold or shared with third parties.
Quotes Policy
Feel free to add any tile to our online shopping cart. Follow the various instruction screens and choose 'Quoted Order' as your method of payment. No Credit Card is Needed for a Quoted Order. Once the quote is received, our staff will respond within 2 business days with a quoted price for the appropriate tiles and shipping method.
Samples Policy
Feel free to add any samples/marketing product to our online shopping cart. Follow the various instruction screens and choose the appropriate payment method. Once the order is received, it will ship withing 2 business days.
Payment Policy
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.
Shipment Policy
Ground Shipment: GlassTileUSA will select the carrier such as US Mail, UPS, Fed Ex and or *Common Carrier. The shipping costs are included in the pricing shown on the website for in stock and non-stock orders shipping in the Continental United States.
Delivery Time
In-stock tile: Delivery time, from the point of order, is approximately 1 to 2 weeks.
**Non-stock tile: Delivery time, from the point of order, is approximately 8 to 12 weeks for non-stock tiles shipped from factory.
**Non & In-stock orders shipped via airfreight from factory: Delivery time, from the point of order, is approximately 3 to 4 weeks via Airfreight from the factory.
**GlassTileUSA imports the tile from overseas and does not have control of the time it may take to clear customs. We will make every effort to expedite orders and provide accurate information regarding shipping dates
Sales Tax
Glass Tile USA, a division or Commercial Interiors Direct, Inc. is a registered corporation in the State of New Jersey and is responsible for collecting 7% state sales tax on all orders shipped within the state. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate this tax on all orders shipped within the state of New Jersey.
Glass Tile Return Policy
Glass tiles can not be returned. (Damages or Defects, See Below)
Damaged Shipment of Defects in Merchandise
Upon receipt of your product, please inspect the packing to ensure that it has not been damaged. If the packaging or product has been damaged, be sure that it is noted by the carrier on all shipping documents and contact Commercial Interiors Direct, Inc. immediately at 973.839.3720 or by e-mail at info@glasstileusa.com . All claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of merchandise. We will send replacement tile. No refund on broken tile, it must be replaced.
Shipping Errors
All claims for shipping errors must be made by calling GlassTileUSA at 973.839.3720 or by e-mail at info@glasstileusa.com within 10 days after receipt of merchandise. Any shipping cost associated with shipping errors will be the responsibility of GlassTileUSA.
